The wizarding world has relocated from all over to world, students that used to go to Hogwarts are going to schools in other parts of the world, and students from all over the world are coming to Hogwarts, while Ministries of different countries are uniting to protect the identity of magic to the Muggles with the oncoming threat: Tribe of Capron. These bands of Dark wizards are popping up all over the globe, with some groups even recruiting Muggles.
The Capron are trying to infiltrate the Ministries of the world and control the schools and every aspect of the world, with no thought of keeping magic hidden from Muggles. Hogwarts has become completely different, changing students, while the professors are baffled by the sudden change.
Meanwhile, several people of the light side are creating a group to defend themselves and the world against the Capron, the group being called Hyperion. Everyone is joining one side or the other, or being neutral and just trying to smooth everything out *coughMinistryofMagiccough*
